With a background in business management and leadership development, Uday has dedicated his career to helping organizations enhance their commercial capabilities and drive sustainable growth. Prior to founding Wagons Learning Uday held leadership positions in renowned and leading private sector banks of India like ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank at various levels. Uday specializes in crafting tailored commercial strategies to help businesses gain a competitive edge in the market.
