Overview
It has been observed that there is a huge gap between industry requirement and technical courses being thought in the Industrial Training Institutes (ITI). This is due to lack of awareness and financial funding. As a result many of the students undergoing courses from these institutes are not employable. This is becoming a major area of concern and therefore Wagons Skill Foundation has taken an initiative to conduct regular training sessions in such institutes so that the students will be aware of the current industry trends.
As part of this initiative and on the occasion of Youth Skill Day, one such training program was conducted in Camp Education Society’s Industrial Training Institute by Wagons Skill Foundation.
Location & Date: Camp Education Society’s Industrial Training Institute,Pune on July 15th, 2016.
Guest of Honour: This session was conducted by Mr. K. V. Pai.

Objective & Scope
Our aim was to provide training to the students so as to reduce the skill gap, between what is being taught at institute level, and what is required by the industry to make the students more employable. We had invited Mr K. V.
